Returns and refunds

For lost or delayed packages, once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside my control. If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact me and I'll do my best to help locate it.

Please double check shipping address before you place your order. Order returned due to incorrect address may require additional shipping costs to resend!

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and item so I can help resolve the issue
